Policies, Procedures & Pricing

Please review all of these policies and procedures carefully to understand what you will be responsible for.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date & time.
    • If any part of the display is stolen, damaged or destroyed, it will be the responsibility of the renting party to replace it.
    • Missing or damaged lawn display items will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.
  • It is the responsibility of the renting party to ensure a yard card display is not in violation of HOA/POA restrictions.
  • Please do not move the display or allow children or pets to play on or around the display items.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 7 business days prior to the event booking date. A full refund will be issued if cancellation notice is made at least 7 days in advance. Refunds will not be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, including but not limited to: wrong address, denied access to the home or business or a customer’s request to remove the display.

AFFORDABLE PRICING & PAYMENT INFORMATION:

  • 2 Day Rental (everything but graduations) – $110.00 + tax
  • 1 Day Graduation Rental – $110.00 + tax

OTHER INFORMATION

  • We can do additional days: $20/day
  • Delivery after 9pm: $20
  • Delivery Charge included in price within our service areas – Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, and The Woodlands.
  • **A delivery fee will be assessed for areas outside our delivery service. Delivery fees depend on service location.

We accept credit card payment via credit card, PayPal, cash, cashier’s check or money orders. Payment is required in full to reserve the booking date/time.
